How Do I Place An Order?

When you place your order online you will see 2 payment options at checkout:

- Paypal

We use PayPal as our payment processor, they accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express. Once you have selected PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. You do not need a Paypal account to use this option. Once your payment has been confirmed with PayPal, the order will be paid and we will begin processing your order.

- Email Money Transfer - choose this option to pay from your bank account. You will receive an invoice. You can then send the invoice amount from your online bank account to curvaliciousclothes@mail.com. You can use the security question "what is my order number?"

At Curvalicious Clothes, our goal is to have your order shipped within 10 business days. Most orders will be processed (prepared to ship) within 10 business days after payment is received. Most shipments takes 9 to 15 days to deliver depending on your location, Please allow some delays during holidays and after long weekends. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Your confirmation will include a tracking number of your shipment. Paypal orders will receive confirmation with tracking from Paypal. INTERAC etransfer orders will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking from Canada Post. Canadian orders are shipped by Expedited service and should arrive within 6-8 business days. Delivery within the GTA is 1-2 business days. International orders arrive within 7-20 business days. If you need your order rushed please let us know and choose a faster shipping option.
Is it safe to order online?

You can be assured that shopping with Curvalicious Clothes is completely safe. We use Paypal, the top secure payment processor and we do not take your credit card information or store your credit information online

Where do you ship?

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! If you do not see a price for shipping to your location, simply email us at curvaliciousclothes@mail.com for a shipping qoute.

What is your exchange/ return policy?
  • All SALES items are final purchase and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise may not be returned if worn or washed.
  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 20 days of the receipt of product. Our products sell fast, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges.
  • Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges
  • Curvalicious Clothes is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
  • We recommend you use a shipping method that is insured and provides a tracking number.
  • Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit.
  • Store credit- You will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item.
  • Exchanges- Items can be exchanged if the item is still in stock.


What if I need to change or cancel my order after I hit “Submit”?

A: Send us an email immediately at curvaliciousclothes@mail.com. Ordered are processed within 3-6 days of receipt of payment. As long as the order hasn’t gotten too far along in processing, we should be able to modify it for you. Please note: If your order has been processed, it cannot be changed.

Will you ship to other countries on exception?

A: Contact us by email at mail@curvaliciousclothes.com to see if your country qualifies for exception and if we will ship to your country.

Thanks for your interest and excitement in Curvalicious Clothes! For sizing please refer to our Size Chart section on our website. There is a sizing chart there and information on how to properly measure yourself.
About how long does it take to receive items once ordered?
Orders are processed within 3-6 business days. All orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Service. Within Ontario- arrives within 1-2 business days of shipment. Rest of Canada - arrives within 6-13 business days of shipment. If you require you order faster, simply send us an email and arrangements can be made to use a faster service.
How do I receive my new member 10% discount?
When you register as a new member you will receive a 10% OFF discount code by email. Please enter this code in your shopping code at checkout and click submit to receive your discount. The code must be applied at checkout to receive your discount. We cannot add discount codes after your order has been processed. Please note: coupon codes cannot be combined.
